Irene Mureithi

Irene W. Mureithi is a seasoned, passionate, and sought-after leadership, growth, and life coach who has worked with top professionals globally in the last 11 years. She has also facilitated capacity-building trainings for some of the leading brands in Kenya and beyond. Irene worked in the banking industry for 10 years and later resigned to follow her passion in capacity building.

She founded the Personal Development Institute, which opened its doors on 7th April 2010. Together with her co- founder Dr (Cardiologist) Emma M Karari, the Institute through its various facilitators has in the last 11 years transformed thousands of people through MINDSET CHANGE courses. The impact assessment is not only captured in reports and data but in the positive changes in quality of life and overall financial improvement in our Alumni and the organizations we have trained and coached.
